Project LEBAY: Who’s IN?

Sorry I’ve been gone (again) from the blogsphere. I just came back from Jakarta 14 hours ago and very relieved that Angel’s wedding reception is over!!! Woot woot! She’s on her way to her honeymoon now. And I’m so happy that I don’t have any planned trip til January 2015. I know it sounds weird for me, but I feel very tired with all the travels this year. I don’t want to complain, but taking rest from flight reaaaaly does sound good for me now. :)

Anyway, I came back from Hongkong last week and I gained 2 kgs while I was there. *sobbing histerically* I didn’t know why I lost motivation to work out and eat well and I turned out to gain more weight just before Angel’s wedding reception. Day-1 from the reception, I couldn’t fit to my bridesmaid dress. NIGHTMARE!!!

So long story short, I had an epiphany to start a project. I call it Project LEBAY (LEan Before thA new Year) Hahaha.

This is s short term project that starts on 5 November and ends on 31 December.

The project is to be LEAN (my personal target is to at least lost 4 kg) before new year. Ambitious, huh?

Well, I know I love challenges and I love ticking off my goals, so I guess this is perfect. And…. I was thinking to get people to do this as well. Angel lost so much because of #cleaneating so I want more people to find out more about clean eating and benefit themselves from this too.

Let’s do #cleaneating and workout regularly!

Here’s the insight of project lebay:

  1. Eat well and clean until New Year, unless on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

  2. Follow this fitness calendar (that’s done by me). Well, you can actually modify the calendar into your preference style of workout. That’s my preference style of workout. :)

  3. Weigh everyday to monitor your weight and measure your waist line every week!

  4. Post your amazing progress every once in a while to your instagram and tag my name!

I’m gonna post my planned menu every week. This is for this week (Wednesday to Sunday)

1st Week LEBAY

You can follow this or create something new, or you can eat out as well, as long as it’s clean!!! Please refer to here for more information about clean eating. I don’t wanna repeat myself.

Note:

Scrambled egg is without the egg yolks!!! Only use the white eggs!

 

Remember to have 2 snacks in between the meal! I have mine on 10 am and 3 pm. Sample of clean snacks:

  • Peanut Butter sandwhich
  • Almonds
  • Greek Yoghurt
  • Fruits (don’t consume in the afternoon.)
  • whole grain bread or crackers

Why do I do this?
